Holistic Nutrition with Deb Agar, RHN
Holistic Nutrition is a natural way of treating physical symptoms in the body through nutrition. It looks at the body as a whole, with each system contributing to your overall health and needing certain building blocks to function at its best. Recognizing your symptoms as functional deficiencies, we will put together a nutritional plan that’s right for your individual body and lifestyle. Following a nutritional plan that is right for your body can help you achieve improved digestion, weight management, hormonal balance, increased energy, mood stabilization, stress reduction, decreased inflammation, restoration in blood-sugar levels, improved recovery time and much more!

Movement Therapy with Jennie Szwedo
Derived from the fundamental belief that every body is strong, beautiful, capable and resilient Movement Therapy is about learning and re-learning how to use your body the way it’s made to be used. Jennie combines yoga and pilates techniques such as breathing, movement and mindfulness to help her clients feel strong, in control and confident in their bodies. She loves supporting her clients with all their health and wellness goals and has a special interest in pain management, women’s health and the mind-body connection. Jennie lives to see the “aha” moments with her clients as they start to discover everything that they are capable of in their own bodies.
A variety of individual and small group classes are available in online booking including an introductory class focused on breathing, BARE, and movement therapy sessions available in 6 week blocks or individual sessions using movements and exercises from both Pilates and Yoga which will help you feel stronger and more connected to your body. All classes will include a number of modifications and levels of difficulty to help meet you where you are at and support your personal movement goals.
** We, the team, got together and decided that there is not a single person who would not benefit from the Just Breathe Workshop, so we are excited to offer it for FREE to our existing patients for the week of October 25-29. These workshops have full COVID protocols in place and are limited to 3 max per class. Reserve your spot by booking online or give us a call.
